Grilling a freshly caught fish after a day drifting through the Rocky Mountains the reasoning was always the same, don’t hide the taste of the fish. In order to do that you need a delicate blend of spices. For just that purpose we have a simple mixture of coarse ground pepper, dill, parsley and onion. A perfect combination for all types of fish.

Pat your fish dry before adding seasoning. Season up to 45 minutes in advance. If you don’t have at least 45 minutes, season just before cooking.
Ingredient : chives, parsley, black pepper, dill weed, onion
🍴 Shaker lid is only for certain blends that are finer. We suggest pouring spices onto your palm and sprinkle the spices onto the food in order to have a better control of amount.
