Our go-to blend. We kept this one coarse ground because we like a little crunch. Stacked with flavour from garlic and rosemary, it is the perfect blend for all meats and veg.
💡 Tips
Fillet chicken and pound it out to help it cook evenly.
Add a little oil, spice blend and salt if you didn’t earlier.
Cook in a hot pan for about 5 minutes on each side.
May also be baked for 10-15 minutes.

This is the one we love on everything equally. Proteins and veggies come alive with this blend.

If you are not used to using coarse-ground blends, take it easy the first time so as not to overdo it.
Ingredient : black pepper, garlic, onion, sea salt, allspice, chiles, rosemary.
🍴 Shaker lid is only for certain blends that are finer. We suggest pouring spices onto your palm and sprinkle the spices onto the food in order to have a better control of amount.
