We start this one by making our own maple sugar, and for a hint of smoke, we have added some smoked paprika. Top that off with garlic, black pepper, sea salt and lemon peel and you have the perfect way to make salmon.

We use this only on salmon, but our customers have told us that on chicken it's also very tasty.
Just a touch of oil and rub the blend onto the salmon. We generally put the rub on salmon, don’t forget the sides as well.
💡 Tips
To bake, it is about 8-12 minutes at 180°C. If unsure, invest in an instant thermometer that can be used on all meats.
