More and more people were asking which of our blends works best with lamb, so we decided to develop one to complement lamb. When people think of lamb, they tend to think of two things, rosemary and mint.
Building on that idea we have created a coarse-ground rub that is rounded out with some garlic, coarse sea salt and onion flakes. Although we prefer it on lamb chops, it works equally well on roasts.
💡 Tips
此香料屬於乾式醃料,建議直接將香料乾抹在肉上,至少醃4-24小時再烹調更入味。
此外,此香料本身已含海鹽,若要額外加鹽的話,建議剛開始先少量加即可,慢慢拿捏自己喜歡的鹹度,避免下手過重。

🍴 Shaker lid is only for certain blends that are finer. We suggest pouring spices onto your palm and sprinkle the spices onto the food in order to have a better control of amount.
