This blend from Ethiopia is a close cousin to Berbere, although it is hotter, it is still well-balanced and won’t overpower the dish. Great on all meats and often sprinkled on beans.

We love to use this as a rub for pork. After a few days we roast it and have it for dinner with potatoes, or use it on sandwiches.
💡 Tips
If you love heat, this will build nicely as you eat. If you are not into hot food, simply use less.
