Our favorite curry at home. We love the way the heat builds slowly with each bite. As a late night snack we actually love it on creamy mashed potatoes! Yes it is totally wrong … but so totally right!

Try cooking your Vindaloo in ghee rather than just oil.

Chicken stock is made with bones, while broth is made with meat. Therefore stocks are richer in gelatin, whereas broths aren't.
Ingredient : chiles, cumin, paprika, cinnamon, ginger, amchur, black pepper, cloves, star anise.
🍴 Shaker lid is only for certain blends that are finer. We suggest pouring spices onto your palm and sprinkle the spices onto the food in order to have a better control of amount.
