If you are looking for a new take on chicken wings, this makes a nice balanced flavour. We put the lemon pepper in the flour when coating the wings, then for a little more oomph, season them again with the lemon pepper after cooking.

For those looking for a crispier wing, use well-seasoned baking powder to coat the wings rather than flour. (Just a note that baking powder and baking soda are not the same.)
