For roasted vegetables, we toss our root vegetables with oil, salt and our All-purpose or Scarborough Fair blends. Put it into the oven for about 45-60 minutes at 180°C. Make sure to stir the veg a few times during cooking.

Before putting on spices, pat the excess moisture off the meat, fish or prawns. Then add a touch of oil and the spice blend. After cooking, let the meat rest before cutting for about 1/3 of the cooking time. (Ie. Cook for 9 minutes, rest for at least 3 minutes before cutting.)
