One of the dishes we love is a very simple pasta topped with well-seasoned prawns, and this is the seasoning we use the most with prawns. The balance between the heat of the chiles and the sourness of lime makes the prawns the star of the dish. But don’t stop there, this is just as good on any seafood or try it on skewers at the yearly BBQ.

We like a very simple white-wine cream sauce with a touch of garlic topped with a heavily-seasoned prawn.
Many restaurants use cajun / blackening spices for this, but we prefer a little more citrus flavouring on ours.

Prawns cook quickly and will become dry.
If cooking on a skewer, push them together.
This will give them enough time to brown but still retain their moisture.
Ingredient : black pepper, onion, garlic, oregano, chiles, paprika, makrut lime leaves, citric acid, sea salt, lemon
🍴 Shaker lid is only for certain blends that are finer. We suggest pouring spices onto your palm and sprinkle the spices onto the food in order to have a better control of amount.
