Ginger Chai

This blend contains no tea leaves, so you can use your favorite black, or for something different, green tea leaves.

For many, the warming effect of ginger tea gets them through the colder months. We have built on the ginger by adding cardamom, allspice, star anise, and other spices to give a bold robust flavor.

 

💡 Recipe (You can adjust as your preference)
① Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a pot on the stove.
② Add 3 tbsp of our Chai Masala blend and simmer for 15 minutes.
③ Add 1 cup of whole milk, 3 tbsp of loose tea (or 4 teabags), and 2 tbsp of sugar (raw sugar or brown sugar tends to be better than white sugar).
④ Simmer for 4 minutes, bring quickly to a boil and strain into a teapot.
