When people want a cup of \u201cchai\u201d, they are actually asking for a cup of masala chai. which would roughly translate into \u201cspiced tea\u201d.\nOur chai masala leans heavily on cardamom and cinnamon, but will give you a well-balanced fragrant cup of milk tea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>There're 2 versions for you to choose :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u2776 No tea leaves\u3011 you can use the tea leaves that you like.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd34 Ingredients : cardomon, cinnamon, ginger, clove, fennel seed, mint, black pepper (This blend contains no tea leaves.)<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd34 Recipe :<br \/>\n\u2460 Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a pot on the stove.<br \/>\n\u2461 Add 3 tbsp of our Chai Masala blend and simmer for 15 minutes.<br \/>\n\u2462 Add 1 cup of whole milk, 3 tbsp of loose tea (or 4 teabags), and 2 tbsp of sugar (raw sugar or brown sugar tends to be better than white sugar).<br \/>\n\u2463 Simmer for 4 minutes, bring quickly to a boil and strain into a teapot.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3010\u2777 with tea leaves\u3011 more convenient for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd34 Ingredients : Assam black tea leaves, cardomon, cinnamon, ginger, clove, fennel seed, mint, black pepper<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd34 Recipe :<br \/>\n\u2460 Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a pot on the stove.<br \/>\n\u2461 Add 6 tbsp of the mixture, and simmer for 5 minutes.<br \/>\n\u2462 Add 1 cup of milk and 2 tbsp of sugar.
