It is not the same as a curry blend.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Chaat masala is formulated for use on chaat, which are savory fried snacks served by street vendors in India.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Now, however, many people use it on other dishes. Some people even use it on onion rings or fries for a unique play on an old snack.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u3000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To be more acessessabile to the masses, our\u2019s does not include Kala namak, a black salt used in Indian cooking, which is traditionally included in dishes made with this spice blend. If you would like to add it, use 1\/4 tsp powdered Kala namak to every 1 tsp of chaat masala.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredient : coriander, cumin, kashmiri chili, cloves, mint, ginger, amchur, black pepper, asafetida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf74 Shaker lid is only for certain blends that are finer.
