Of course it is also great on most fish and can also liven up a prawn dish.<br \/>\nAlso it's great on tofu!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udca1 Tips<\/strong><br \/>\nFillet chicken and pound it out to help it cook evenly.\nAdd a little oil, Citrus-chili blend, and salt if not done earlier.\nCook in a hot pan for about 5 minutes on each side\nMay also be baked for 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Insight<\/strong><br \/>\nIt is best to salt meat from 4 to 24 hours before cooking. Do this by letting it \u201csnow\u201d on the meat, then refrigerate. \nAfter cooking, let the meat rest before cutting for about 1\/3 of the cooking time. (Ie.
