Where do you get your blends?
All blends that we sell are made by us. We mix all our spices by hand after grinding them ourselves.
Are there any chemicals or preservatives in your products?
No. Our blends only contain natural ingredients. We do not add additives or fillers.
Do you sell bulk pack for commercial usage?
Yes. You are welcomed to message us on FB or IG. Or you can reach us via email " srs.taipei@gmail.com ".
Many of your blends have garlic or onion in them. As a vegetarian, am I able to get them without onion or garlic?
Yes. We understand many people in Taiwan don’t eat garlic or onion. We are happy to make them without those ingredients, please leave us a note with the order. However the order will take longer.
How long will the spices keep?
We grind most of our spices weekly. As spices get older, the volatile oil will dissipate. Although most of our ground spice blends will be good for up to a year, we suggest using them within 6 months of purchase.
How should I store my spices?
Air, moisture and heat will ruin your spices. Storing them in air-tight containers in cool, dry places is always best. Do not keep too close to the stove or oven. We keep ours stored in a dark area away from all heat and moisture.
Why do I see some small fibers / hairs in my spices?
We prefer to grind our spices as little as possible. We use ginger in many of our products and ginger is a very fibrous spice, at times you may see this is in our blends. There is no need to worry.
Why are there no shaker lids on your spices?
The best way to add spices is to put some in the palm of your hand then add to your dish from there. By putting them in the palm of your hand first, you will also be more aware of how much you are adding. When you shake your spices directly into a dish that is cooking, heat and moisture get into the bottle and destroy the spices.
Only the 4 blends below which are finer will come with shaker lids :
Seasoning Salt, Deluxe Garlic Salt, Hot Salt, Dill-pickled Popcorn Salt.
I am kinda new to spices. Any suggestions for how to use them?
There is no right or wrong way of using spices.
We not only like to experiment new ways, but also love to hear surprising ideas from our customers.

What if the spices get too moist and becoming little cubes?
How long does delivery take?
Usually the blends can be sent out in 3 days, and it takes about 2~3 days for the delivery company.
Can I buy your blends in stores?
To insure quality, at this time we only sell directly through our online shop.
